Frequently Asked Questions with Answers for the Tafakari Conference

1. How to buy Tickets

  • Navigate to the About Section.
  • Click on Tickets, this will redirect you to the ticket pricing page.
  • Select the category that best suits you, the categories include Students, Advance and Corporate.
  • After the selection, this will redirect you to Mookh.com where you can finalize on the ticket purchase and checkout
  • You will receive an e-ticket in your email address which you will show at the entrance inorder to access the events resources.

2. Which payment methods are avaliable?

The Acceptable Payment Options are: - Mpesa - Visa and Mastercard - Skrill.

3. Is refund avalaible?

Refund is only available if the below conditions are met:

  • If you cancel up to 60 days before the event.

  • Please reach out to (info@tafakari.io) or Hungai Kevin (hungaikevin@gmail.com) for assistance with this.

4. What time does the event Start and Finish?

  • Registration opens at 08.00am on Day 1 and Day 2 with the first session starting at 09.00hrs.
  • The last session will end at 16:00hrs on Day 1 where you are then invited to join us for networking drinks for one-hour.

  • Day 2, the event will end at 16:00hrs.

5. What will I receive ahead of the event?

You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket. In the lead to Tafakari Conference 2020, your QR code and confirmation number will be sent to your inbox. Please print this and bring it with you to the conference so that you can collect your badge from the registration desk.

6. With Covid 19 in question, what is the way forward?

The conference has been postponed from July, the dates will be communicated.

7. What is the dress code?

We recommend smart business and casual attires for the entire event.

8. Will food be provided?

Light refreshments, including tea, coffee, and networking drinks, will be available throughout the day free of charge. Lunch can be purchased on-site. Please contact kanana.karimi@movenpick.com if you have any serious allergies.
